I forgot to ask did anyone else have issues with this episode for some reason it kept stopping right before the end of the episode for me i also noticed it says the file is 2 gigs is that normal for bleach?

Curtis, the scenes where everything went BLACK in the last 2 episodes, was Captain (scarf boy) Tousen's Bankai, the same one he used on Kenny in the Soul Society Arc. That's why he was panicking when Kenny was stomping his ass, since he had already used it to take out all those captains and Luitenants.

Yeah, I agree, but that doesn't stop me from liking him. I think I like Kisuke more since you kinda just know he is super smart although it seems like his brain is saturated with THC 24/7

I've almost forgotten about it since watching the show for myself, but Aizens 'intelligence' is really shoved down our throats a lot during the series. It feels too try-hard imo, and it feels shallow when most of his feats are achieved using Kyokasuigetsu

My best answer would be that their objective is rescuing Rukia. If they know that Aizen was behind it, Ichigo in particular would've made it a point of taking him out to ensure he didn't try it again (In fact, he fought Byakuya for that exact reason), and while they might've been able to rescue her semi-'covertly', they're not going to have a chance of winning against Aizen, dooming the whole mission to failure. Most likely he'd have told him when they got back, but they'd already learned about him by then. Of course, equally possible is that I'm just making an excuse for a plothole, but either way.

One thing that’s always baffles me is that with Urahara knowing about how evil is Aizen, why didn’t he warn Ichigo and the gang about him during Rukia’s rescue? I think it was important information Urahara needed to provide Ichigo, then again it could just be a plot hole in the story.
