Niceeee. Dr.Stone! :) it's a lot different compared to the usual super powered fighting shonen animes. Whilst it does have some elements of fighting, it's more slice of life-ish. Oh and the science behind it is interesting and fairly accurate~

oh Sweet Dr Stone, there's been a surprising amount of great new series over the last few years honestly, MHA, Demon Slayer, Kaguya sama, and Dr Stone obviously.. Dr Stone's become a real favourite for me, got the first few volume as a gift for Christmas and fell in love with it, already 10 volumes in so far, the science in the series is surprisingly accurate and the characters are a lot of fun, also the manga's artwork is gorgeous, Strong poses and Beautiful linework. you may be interested to know the mangaka for Dr Stone is actually going to be illustrating an Ace spin off manga for one piece soon, and also did a one shot re-draw of the Zoro vs Mihawk fight too.

Most if the science in this show is legit, btw. They have a science consultant on staff that helps them determine what's possible and what's not given their current technology/capabilities.

The one thing I thought about is the poor animals that didn’t get frozen basically just starve to death and that’s pretty fucked up. I mean I know millions of people probably died who were in airplanes and stuff but the animals didn’t deserve that

This series has been great! I've been reading the manga since it started, and I think Dr Stone does a great job with all of the scientific detail, and the story is pretty great too. It's crazy how much research the author probably has to do when explaining concepts later down the line. Just wish I coulda learned this much from anime when I was in high school 😂
