I know a lot of people feel like Soi Fon's bankai doesn't fit her but if you think about the theme of her zanpakuto it definitely does. Her zanpakuto isn't about being stealthy or quiet, it's about killing efficiently and quickly. Her shikai kills most targets in two hits and her bankai kills most in one big hit

She always struck me as a the silent assassin type, so I was looking forward to her bankai being something that like rendered her entirely invisible and untouchable, letting her waltz up to him and stab him twice with her shikai. Nope. Big missile go Boom. I mean, it looks cool and all, but it just seems so at odds with the character. Like if Kenpachi's bankai was him sitting down for a tea party with his opponent.

2020-08-22 13:20:26 +0000 UTCThis is basically me when trying to play stealthily in some games. Start of sneaky with stealth kills, then mess up once, the alarm sounds and then I just go "fuck it" and just massacre everyone else. Still counts as stealth if no one is left alive to talk about it.
