There are explanations in the form of Spoilers but an easy explanation is that Ichigo's Hollow is an Arrancar that was naturally developed. In fact, you could say that Ichigo is the ultimate form of what Aizen was trying to create when he made the Arrancar using the Hogyoku.

I've always felt that the way Ulquiorra went down is kind disappointing. Like, there was no real build up. Ichigo just got a super powerful god hollow mode at the last minute and stomped Ulquiorra before being talked down, conveniently undoing the damage from immediately before like it never happened. And no one say 'But it's a Vasto Lorde, of course it's stronger'. Ichigo's hollow form is not a Vasto Lorde. Vasto Lorde is a class of Menos, which Ichigo's hollow objectively is not, as it would've needed to devours hundreds of other hollows to become one, and it's literally never even fought a hollow. At best, you could say that by leeching off of Ichigo's spirit power, it has comparable strength, but even that's pushing it given he was absolutely bodied by Ulquiorra, who was probably an actual Vasto. If they wanted to give Ichigo a power up to make him suddenly a rival to Post Segunda Etapa Ulquiorra, they could've at least made it believable. I would've much rather had them give Ichigo a Resurrection, handwaving it as when he obtained hollow powers, of course his hollow obtained soul reaper powers. As it stands, I am convinced that this was Black Zetsu/Madara all over again. Ulquiorra was dicking him down and they needed him to not die. So his hollow went from barely being a match for the Vizards holding back when he transformed before to curbstomping debatably the strongest Espada with no explanation.

I love that our Espada Hottie is themed after a shark, and has an attack that means "blue wave" but her energy is colored yellow. When I first saw this I was surprised, because in the manga I always imagined her attacks being blue

I know your really curious about the vasto lorde form of ichigo there (the fully hollowfied form) but trust me, some of the power shown by characters towards the end of the manga make that look like nothing.

So Hallibel thinks that because she assumed that little whitey was weak, that she’ll handle the head captain easily? He one shotted all three of your subordinates, and not one shot for each. You do realize that’s the head captain? Little whitey doesn’t hold a candle to that guy, and you’re not even done with him yet. As pleasing as the view is, she is a blonde.
