It's by the same author as Ms. Kobayashi's Dragon Maid, and what you see for each section IS the episode. It's a rare format that some short series use, where they have 5 minute episodes. Also, yeah, the little brother is a trap, with a brother fetish. Oh, and, as for the underwear comment. We tried warning you that you aren't THAT degenerate Curtis, lol. Although, it's worth noting though, that that scene was a play on words with a common idiom in Japanese about a girl not wanting to wash her underwear the same time as her fathers' being a sign of growing up. So, he wasn't just saying it to be creepy. It was also sort of a pun. Oh, and lastly, there is a season 2 to the series that just released recently.

This series is by the same author who made Kobayashi's maid Dragon, he's really good at doing series focused on relationships while also making them entertaining. He's also done quite a bit of hentai (anime porn), a true man of culture :D
