He uses a staff called Ruyi Jingu Bang (which DB version is Nyoibo) Yu-Long: one of the Five Great Dragon Kings, he is known as the Mischievous Dragon. (Shenron's equivalent, also from JttW)

Infodump: Sacred gears are the special abilities human sometimes get, God made'em. The 13 greatest ones are called Longinus, divided into lowranking, mid and high. Isseis Red Dragon Emperor is one, a midranking one. The spear Cao Cao has, True Longinus, is the nr 1 Longinus. I think some of the other ones they had were topranking too. Monster maker and dimension controller thing might both be high ranking Longinus. In other words those guys have the best weapons human beings could ever have! Anything else🤔 I dunno. Cao Cao is best boy.
