That "I've never lost to Lelouch" line was the moment I knew Schneizel was getting fucked up today. It's the kind of arrogance that storytellers LOVE to throw back in a character's face. ^^

Pain figured that WMDs would be used by all countries for their own gain, but Schneizel realized there's a slim chance they wouldn't use them, so he'd do it himself.
