After you finished the series if you plan on watching the movie Code Geass: Lelouch of the Re;surrection, there are only two real major differences in that other universe. First Shirley doesn't die, Second Lelouch kills God and leaves C's world a broken mess.

Damn, I can't believe we're so close to the end. It doesn't matter how many times I rewatch this series; I'm never emotionally prepared for the last episode.

XD Right? I can't get over that detail. Like, they both have fancier, more official attire and they make this announcement in their school uniforms... I really want to know if the writers had a specific reason for it. Everything else in this show is so detailed, I feel like there must have been some thought put into it.

I LOVE the bit where Suzaku drops down and Lelouch names him Knight of Zero. Also I love that they both do this in their school uniforms, especially since Suzaku has a knight uniform.

Just to squash a little bit of hope: He wasn't saying Nunnally was found AFTER the bomb went off. He was saying that she was found alive after she was brought out of hiding between seasons 1 and 2. She's still presumed dead.

God, I want Code Geass: Oz the Reflection to be animated so much. Not only is it the best of the spinoffs, but the main character is second best girl. She beautiful, Busty, Badass, probably Bi, and likes groping the girls under her command. She's also another of Lelouch's half sisters. You'd love her, Curtis.

Without the ending this would be an amazing show, one of the top tier. With the ending this show transcends into legendary status as one of the greatest of all time.

On that point, I'd like to point out the the sequel is to the Recap Movies, not the main series. There are differences that make it incompatible with the main series (Shirley being alive being the most obvious.) It's not enough to say that Curtis shouldn't watch it, since I personally enjoyed it. But I don't think he'd react to it since Fair use on movies is a lot more annoying then on episodes, so he hasn't reacted them much. If he watches it, though, I'd like just a short video on his thoughts overall.

Suzaku is too cool. I can't even say it eloquently at this point. Super excited for the next episode since I've been trying to hold back on binging as I only really watched this at the start of your reaction to the series.

Just like they said in season 1, Lelouch and Suzaku never lose when they're on the same side. A mind reader with a huge bomb? Easy mode. Most heavily guarded fortress in Kyuushu? Give em 10 minutes. Immortal Emperor with A Knight of the Round Empress? Yeah, let's kill both of them. Conquering the largest country on earth? School Uniform seems appropriate. I'm looking forward to tomorrow's episode, but I probably won't be able to watch the last few episodes until next week. Moving into a new apartment on Sunday and they're dragging their ass getting Wifi set up.

I'm not going to lie but I used to be such a big Lelouch fanboy back in the day, and when this episode I literally laughed my ass off because of the irony of it all! When Lelouch said "acknowledge me as your emperor" and everyone said "All hail Lelouch!" I was the same. I was like in my room "We her and obey his majesty!" "All hail Lelouch!" "All hail Lelouch!" "All hail Lelouch!" When my two little sisters came into my room to see what was wrong with me I just told them, in a scary monotone tone, like a geassed person. I said "oh nothing my dear sister! It's just that my emperor has ascended to his rightful place." They were already freaked out by me but to freak them out more I walked up to them and when I was face to face with them I simply told them "All hail Lelouch." As a smiled our favorite geass smile. Hehehe 😈. I did however get punished by my parents for scaring them but it was totally worth it. I love this episode man. It's one of those episodes that cemented themselves in the archives of anime history.

Now Lulu is at the point where both his eyes have geass and he goes all out. He is pretty much unbeatable now. I mean, he has the ability and will to permanently mind control anyone he meets.

The prince mentioning Nunnally was found always confuses people, but he's actually referring to her being found at the start of the season. Remember that the general populace learned she was found since she became the Viceroy, but the Emperor kept Lelouch's existence as a secret

In my opinion ‘Knight of Zero’ is the most badass scene in all of anime - it’s such a clever play on words! Zero meaning both Lelouch’s alter-ego and a rank higher than Knight of One

I always thought it odd when watching this series for the first time that he didn't just make his geass order "you will obey all my commands." Kind of like using a genie's wish to wish for unlimited wishes. He finally starts to use it this way now.
