Watching this again, based on what Yuuki said. It'd be more accurate to say that she's an artificial life-form, created by an extraterrestrial being. In short she's an alien android.

I think he’s doing it in the chronological order. I watched it in the broadcast order and I think with a better especially with the whole next time episode five you’re wrong next time episode eight that was always funny

Ah, Nagato said both her and Haruhi are not normal human beings. But she only identified herself as an Alien, she never stated in what way Haruhi isnt a normal human.
