The guy at the end who was shit talking the whitebeard with the other guys is Crocodile if you couldn't tell. You can hear his voice, his laugh, his golden hook, and that scar across his face. It's not a spoiler, but they don't flat out show his face for some reason.

Level 3 is where this arc gets good this arc aint done with blasts from the past and the best is yet to come.

The sorry noodles was just their attempt to translate a joke that doesnt work in english. When he kept saying noodles, he was saying Ramen in japanese. The Japanese word for sorry is Gomen. They were just playing off how much those two words share.

Remember, level 5 is full of people all of whom have atleast 100m bounties. We are talking people that would be known throughout the world in very much the way luffy is, just by way of their bounties. And if i may quote one of the good parts of game of thrones "Chaos is a ladder", the death of whitebeard would bring opportunity.
