He's SO freakin' nice that, typically, I wouldn't warm up to his character that much. But for some reason, with Mirio, it completely works!

In the flashback, the giant was looking for the agency of the Springer Hero. In his fight with All Might, 1 of the quirks All for One used was 'spring-like limbs'. The implication here is that one of the giant's duties is to bring heroes with desirable quirks to All for One, and probably kill them after their quirks are taken.

2020-07-06 21:21:02 +0000 UTCI think it works for Mirio because a lot of characters that are written as super nice are pretty one-dimensional, but the way they wrote Mirio is completely organic, he's really positive and optimistic but also we've seen him cry, we've seen him angry, we've seen him fight almost to the death to protect others, and through it all his spirit perseveres, it makes him more believable as a human.

Cause the creator of the manga received a bit of a backlash for giving Endeavor a redemption arc. And I know u of all hate the type of people who abuse children and women so I can wait to see your reaction to this. Also another thing u might have missed is that the "Gigantomachia" thing in the forest was the villain wearing a cloak in Kirishima's flashback so it's not the first time weve seen him

2020-07-06 12:42:10 +0000 UTCYes, I love Mirio SOOOO MUCH! Personally, I love Mirio vs Overhaul more than Deku vs Overhaul. And yes, he is the best candidate for One For All for a reason, he can giving hope and smile for people, like Deku in this EP even without his quirk.
