Something to consider with Mihawk is that he could fight with Shanks, who is also on Whitebeards level as a fellow Yonkou. Edit: Not saying Mihawk is a Yonkou level guy, I'm just saying he can fight with Shanks, though he's no longer interested in him after his arm got ate. Also not saying the other warlords are on Mihawks level either, idk how that got interpreted. Also Whitebeard may have the title, but consider that he's 72 at the moment I think, and before the war we saw him hooked up to machines. Not saying the guy ain't strong, he's the strongest guy there, but he's no longer at his prime.
