When you went to that level, the system should have asked for your address, but they unfortunately don't give me a way to ask for shirt sizes.

It's always there, My Friend... If, any any point, someone joins the $20 level or above, they get a one-time exclusive Patreon shirt. If you do join that level, though, please make sure and enter your address when it asks, and PM me with your shirt size. :-)
