Ah yes... This was definitely one of the times my procrastination won out. I'd never been so happy I'd put off watching a series until it was already complete. And I forgot quite how much happened in this last episode. By the time it splits for that screen marking the halfway point, it felt like it should have already been over.

I keep coming back to this episode, but I love Johnny Young Bouch's voice work in this episode. That final yell of "SUZAKU!" Sounds like someone who is desperate to save his sister. Just somthing about that performance stands out in the episode. Overall the English dub is fantastic, but that part always gets to me.

You're lucky you didn't watch this when it was current. How long was that wait, again? For sub it was a few months, not TOO bad. For dub it was about a week. For this cliffhanger, it felt like a century no matter how you watched it. Also, I don't care what anyone says, I fuckin love Orange Boy. His insanity fueled chaos is just what I need.

Cecile is such an underrated girl. I mean she's got a rockin bod, a great personality, and she's Lloyd's right hand woman so you know she's smart. Too bad she doesn't get to show off her assets more often

Ah, yes, it's was so nice to have such a definitive end to the season, so that the year long wait for season 2 wouldn't be too bad. Right? Jeremiah is still one of my favorite characters, No matter what state he's in. Also, the Seigfried is a great mech that isn't used enough for my liking. I love the relationship between Llyod and Rahkshata. They clearly aren't friends by any means, but the second Llyod starts freaking out, she knows better than to question it. She immediately orders the black knights to stand down because anything that freaks out Lloyd that much is more dangerous than she knows. That scene with Cornelia and Suzaku was actually a nice moment of Cornelia finally accepting Suzaku as Euphie's Knight and trusting him to deal with her killer, Can you imagine Cornelia at the start of the season trusting an honorary britannian with something as important as avenging her Sister? So, there's a small scene at the end of the episode of C.C. monologuing as she drags Jeremiah to the bottom of the ocean, I'll post it as a separate comment because it's a bit long. Not sure if they ever dubbed it, though. I think the last time i watched it, the dub left it all in japanese.

Yeah, almost a years wait for the next season during that time.

The cliffhanger while annoying never bothered me because I saw the show later and could go right into season 2. But I could see how that would piss people off.

I think Jeremiah got hit with a few chairs while he was in that tube. :D
