Just wanted to let everyone know that I'll be making a small change to our front page. As you guys know, transparency and honesty with all of you is paramount to me, so I want to keep you informed.
It has come to my attention that having the dollar amount of donations to the GOOSH every month available to all could be enticing some snooping around. As you guys know, the last time there was some outside snooping here, we lost our Vimeo account.
Given that, I'm going to remove the dollar amount from our front page.
HOWEVER, every one of you GOOSHERS are ALWAYS welcome to know exactly what the GOOSH is bringing in, ANY TIME YOU WANT! Simply shoot me a PM and ask, and I'll happily give you the current total. You don't need to have any specific reason to want to know. Simple curiosity is more than enough reason.
I think this just keeps some potentially unwanted attention away from us. :-)
