I think I get Suzaku's logic about blood-spilling since he is not the one running the orders nor actually generally following them unless they align with his beliefs whereas Lelouch is the head of his operation so all orders he commands and thus all the deaths as a result are the direct conclusion to his own actions. Suzaku has many times seemed to act on his own ethics and saved lives. I don't know whether in the future he will change but so far, he isn't causing unnecessary bloodshed.

few things. the JLF were killed from a bomb zero placed along their escape route. if you go back to the scene where he has his it would be in vain speech he is actually changing out of scuba gear which he used when he placed the bomb. CC really smacking him around till he works though his motivations huh. why she is his best relationship to me. everyone else in his relationships just get a mask. shirley sees the student hiding from the world. Kallen sees a rebel leader who stepped into the role her dead brother had and is succeeding at his dreams (tell me that doesn't influence half her early loyalty to him) his sister gets the mask of what he wants to show her at the moment. Suzaku gets yet another mask. while masks arent inherently bad we all have many only CC sees him and sees past his bullshit. Plus she loves to chill with pizza while laying half dressed in his bedroom with only the occasional break to either freak him out or save his life. I mean who is gonna complain at that lol Lloyd is fantastic he is over the top and as someone stated above a sociopath but you got to eventually love him lol. Suzaku is a good character but damn is he is hard to like. Very hypocritical but understandably so. he is taking all his guilt and anger at himself, the situation, and other things we cant discuss yet and just projecting them on zero. That said his stubbornness to change his mindset (which has reason that also need to be discussed later) is just so damn infuriating. like he doesn't have civilian blood on his hands or does he think all the way back in episode 2 that defeating all the terrorists stopping the army from its genocide means the army goes oh time for a picnic then let the 11s go! nope as we saw when Clovis stopped the conflict they were still hunting and purging

Little fun fact: Lloyd is a prime example of a sociopath and one of the very very few sociopaths in anime that isn't blatantly evil. Easily one of my favorite characters in this show, and not just because I'm a sucker for mad scientists.

Yeah they did for season 1. The original Bandai release in Japan had a sponsorship with pizza hut, but that sponsorship didn't carry over to the US when Funimation took over. The censoring on it is gone in R2 though.

I think the music that starts at 11:50 is my favorite track in Code Geass. It really encompasses the overall tone of the series. I knew Lloyd would grow on you in time. Once you get past the seemingly smarmy voice he's a bundle of fun. I like how Diethard is in love with Zero's theatricallity and in his eyes megalomania. I just love how excited he gets over it. Funny thing he is the only one there actually correctly interpreting the course of events.

Suzaku is already working on stopping britannia killing people(From the inside), but from his position the way zero fights and the fact that zero fights are the reasons for the continued killing.

Lelouch blew up the JLF to get rid of a potential problem in his power structure, weaken cornelias forces, put her forces in disarray and thereby setup his attack. If it killed potential allies, what would lelouch care. That is a dick move that nobody could claim to be moral.
