The first time I watched this show, I really didn't want to accept Brook, because we had been with all the other members for so long, but, he quickly became one of my favorite characters. He's so understanding and empathetic of other people, yet, can also be completely serious when it's called for. Because he's so old, he has an incredible sense of what situations should be met with happiness and laughter, and what situations require absolute determination.
