yea he is a little bit too much. Its like the mangaka took the whimpy character trope and tried his best to make him the worst possible. I cant even remotely think of any other character in anime that is whimsy as him. Then he twisted it by making him the strongest while sleeping (anime only - from what i see so far he is easily the strongest out of the three) He is even too much to be comic relief.

it's amazing how well anime is now able to integrate 3d, the rotating room effect is really cool and made the fight far more dynamic then it would have been with traditional 2d, there was a long time were 3d integration was kinda notoriously bad with low poly car models and odd moving background characters but for the last few years it's actually been well integrated.

Should probably add that 12 Kizuki means 12 Demon Moon (the elite demons they talked about a few episodes ago). So drummer boy was at one point Lower Moon 6 (the weakest of the Kizuki) until he couldn't keep up with Muzan's expectations and was abandoned.

This really explains why Zenitsu survived. Dude's a fast runner and after being scared for so long, he faints and wrecks house. Useless when awake, OP when asleep.

Haha yeah, he legitimately has no idea how he survived final selection. As far as he's concerned he has zero skill despite being able to do THAT. Goes from 0 to 10 in the pop of a snot bubble.

So basically Muzan took away the drummer’s rank ’cuz he didn’t eat enough humans to meet Muzan’s expectations. He pretty much just wanted to get his rank as one of the kisuki back.

I've always been biased towards lightning/electric based characters, but I love how Zenitsu becomes a different person when the time really calls for it. Or he just passes out haha
