2020-02-06 15:40:22 +0000 UTCIf you remember last episode, the military police guy said that they had killed a teacher too smart for their own good, a couple who tried to fly and some whore in order to keep the peace. Now we know that the teacher was Erwin's dad and the whore was Historia's mother and the couple was probably Armin's parents. The military police sure loves to kill the parents of the characters we follow.

One of the great mysteries of season 1 is why Titans bother to eat humans, and only humans, when it has been proven that they don't need to eat humans in order to survive. Thank to this episode, we might have an answer. It seems as though despite the fact that most Titans are not capable of logical thought they are driven by an instinct to eat humans. They do this in the faint hope that one of those humans they eat is a Titan Shifter which would allow those Titans to revert to humans. It's really sad to think that the Titans are doing all this just for the small possibility of becoming a human/Titan Shifter. Especially considering the fact that Ymir described life as a Titan as "a nightmare that would never end".

2020-02-06 14:05:51 +0000 UTCthis is one of my favorit episodes because it does something that many, MANY great animes do not do, HAVE A FUCKING ENDING, 2 minutes and 18 seconds IS NOT AN ENDING, i realy wish more animes would value the importance of having an actual ending, i'm seruis tho, go check any of your favorit animes and i can guaranty that moust of them will not reach the 4 minute mark >_<
