2020-02-02 14:46:31 +0000 UTCTbh I think aleczandxr was overly harsh on Gon in terms of labelling him as immature, narrow-minded, immoral etc. because like you said, most humans are like that. I feel like the point he's trying to make is more that Gon is much more human and flawed than he seems on the surface, and that he subverts the classic trope of a kind-hearted, simple and morally flawless shonen protagonist
