Plus Superman and Batman have had many different authors and illustrators while One Piece has had only one author/illustrator (with assistants) the entire time. Eiichiro Oda is just a genius storyteller. It is estimated that One Piece has had a total estimated circulation of approximately 3.1 billion copies in Weekly Shonen Jump Magazine!

Something you may or may not had noticed. But Robin never once addressed any of the crew by their name. She always referred to them as their crew’s role, Cook, Navigator, Captain etc. She never felt comfortable enough that she belonged somewhere. After this Arc and as you just saw this episode, she finally accepts them as her friends/family. Referring to Luffy by his name for the first time.
