The way The Reaper walks in all casual like had me going "Well that's random" and then he also casually announces his name. It takes a split second to realize "oh shit! It's HIM" No dramatics. No big emphasis. Just a casual introduction, and yet it drops and anvil on everyone's mind.

Hell, he even teaches them a bit. On the subject of being a psycho, that much is clear... but then again, you wouldnt expect anything else of the worlds greatest assassin.

Remember the guy Korosensei tracked down and had tofu with? Yeah, Reaper put a bullet in him.
