CAN NOT KILLING ROBOCOP SOMEHOW HELP VASH'S GIRLFRIEND?! - Trigun #12

it's even more fucked up and complex in the manga

ah Legato Bluesummers one hell of an enemy. I've debated his psychology as a villain before but that discussion will have to take place post show as every inch of it is spoiler

I'm hoping for that too, the VAs sparked it again.

Redemption

After hearing Legato's VA I really want you to see Rurouni Kenshin (he voices the main character) Idk if it's been suggested before, and Meryl's VA is his love interest ;)

He said that "he" would die, not "her." He wants to kill him so bad for what he did, but the thought of killing someone brings back thoughts of Rem and makes him think morally about how if he pulls the trigger, the man's life is over. His desire for revenge is conflicting with his desire to not kill.

Vash, up until this point in the story, managed to "save" everyone, even if they were aiming to gun him down, without killing anyone. He's been chased after by bounty hunters, city people and Robocops alike, but not once did he allow someone to die as a result of his actions or as a result of the consequences of those actions. So imagine, being chased down by this bloodthirsty monster, saving any and all that you can as you flee, only to turn the corner and find yourself stuck in a crowd, entirely unable to save everyone from the hell the monster chasing you is about to let loose. Staring at the death and carnage, bodies of innocent children you'd spent the same morning watching play happily in the square, I'm surprised Vash didn't snap entirely and lose himself.

DAMN!!

Spaz Boys Comedy

The morality difference of heroes and villains. Heroes can't kill people with a good conscience while villains just plainly don't care.

In the words of Brad Pitt, "WHAT's IN THE BAG!"

With the introduction of Legato we start seeing a much darker part of the series with the music becoming much more heavy and industrial in said scene. Also we get very important flashbacks in this episode. And somone said this before but Vashs bounty isint because people are destroying cities to get to him. He had to get the bounty first for that to happen. As far as we know Vash was in the center of a giant destroyed city where he said he lost his memories its also where the woman who became a worker on thr plants was from. From scenes it looked as if a nuke went off in the city.

This was definitely a scary powerful episode. I’m concerned about Legato eating that “hotdog” near the beginning. It’s implied in manga that Legato tore the shoemakers tongue out and kept his decapitated head in that brown bag he was carrying around. I’m more convinced he wasn’t eating a hotdog but the shoemakers tongue in that bun 😫
