The ones we know are: Mihawk (obvious) Crocodile (obvious) Now Moria (giant leek shadow guy) Doflamingo (we saw him at the marine gathering to replace Crocodile as a warlord) Kuma (same as Doflamingo) And we've heard of Jinbei as well in connection to Arlong. There is still one warlord we know absolutely nothing about and havent seen in any shape or form.

Then this guy comes along, just as big but with entirely different body proportions, and you immediately feel that he's a lot more dangerous based on his voice, actions, the way he talks, everything. I always liked Kuma's introduction here :D
