2019-11-01 04:37:38 +0000 UTCIn all seriousness though, baths are a huge thing in Japan, which is why they always have such big bathrooms and bathe with others and got a buch of public hotsprings and dump buckets of steaming water on their heads n' stuff. That scene is actually quite common in anime, so its not that he was being a perv, he was just exploiting the "we're family, lets bathe together" excuse to get at the tape he knew Hayato was hiding. Though its understandable that on the surface it just seems like him being a perv, it isn't actually that uncommon a thing to do, especially with family. You could say thats the case in America and other parts of the world too, but in Japan they're much more comfortable with it. As a student in Japan, if you've ever gone with your school to a place with a hot spring, you've probably bathed with every dude in your class, so in this case there isnt really anything pervy about it, and the scenario itself is actually pretty normal. Also, due to bathing being such a big thing and floors being covered with soap and water and all, tripping and hitting your head is actually a common injury/cause of death
