Given that the Vikings bathed every Saturday and washed regularly. At a time when most of Europe didn't. To the Arabs that came in contact with them though they were seen as incredibly filthy. As washing usually involved sharing a communal bowl with the entire household and spitting into it. Given that Godbrand maintains most of the Viking raider habits of killing, fucking and sailing. It's safe to say that he probably maintains his Viking habit of bathing. Except at the time this would be taking place and given his present company, he'd still be considered incredibly dirty. Don't know why I wrote all this, just a weird thing I zeroed in on.
