Not the pussy ass gummies or the nasty drink tablets. You gotta shovel at least 8 of those into you every day. I normally throw them in with my cereal. A testimonial: last year my whole family had the flu. Once my family exhibited symptoms I ate lots of airborne. They all had flu symptoms and threw up, had sore throats etc. But I only had a bit of a sore throats for a night. Currently I am experimenting with grinding up airborne tablets and introducing them into my system intravenously. If my theory is correct I may be immortal.
