But the question on my mind is "How the fuck did Higuchi get a gun in Japan?!" The Japanese National Police Agency doesn't fuck around. The sentence for being in possession of an unlicensed firearm is so bad that even Yakuza (Japanese mobsters) won't risk violating it anymore.
