2019-09-21 13:57:56 +0000 UTCJoseph’s blood wasn’t good enough to heal DIO’s bad leg. That’s why he exploded. The most likely reason the blood didn’t work because of traces of hamon in it and that’s also probably why Joseph didn’t become a vampire after receiving it.

2019-09-21 13:37:45 +0000 UTCI feel like a lot of things were forgotten by the writer for this fight, Dio no longer uses a lot of his vampire powers he had in part 1, like the eye lasers or freezing powers, also Joseph technically should be a vampire or ghoul now after having Dio's blood transferred into him, like what happened with vanilla ice and the vampires in part 1, I honestly think the final fights in the parts before and after part 3 are a lot more satisfying, this one feels a little weak.
