I guess I'll be the first one to mention how much of a badass Polnareff was in this episode. Polnareff has to be one of my favorite characters.

Now they finally addressed it by saying his body is only just adjusting to the change. But that doesn't make sense Dio discovered vampirism by turning a drunk into one. Before that man was killed by the rising sun.
