Being hit by the beam would be instakill! Theyd just stab you or throw you in the ocean or whatever. 30 seconds is a helloffa long time in combat to not be able to move... Thats true for the real world so in the OP world with OP characters... Im trying to think of a strong fighter that didnt have a Devil Fruit🤔 Arlong and Krieg didnt, Kuro. Imagine Captain Kuro with that shit... Hed slice you a 100 billion times.
