As for Mikitaka, there are some theories on it and some believe he is an actual alien while others believe opposite. There are even theories relating to Kars and Mikitaka somehow being connected.

His ability does have a name though: Earth Wind & Fire (or Terra Ventus as it is censored here). It’s the same with daddy Kira. He is supposed to be a ghost but his whole photo ability has a name too: Atom Heart Father. Whether or not they are stand users is a mystery.
