Not really true. Bellamy wasn’t stronger than Crocodile. True he wasn’t the main villain of the arc but still.

And don't forget God vaporized just a corner of an island with one small attack and the Straw Hats haven't even had to deal with him yet. But yeah, The White Berets were tough but nothing compared to the strength of the Big Three
