You could pretty much imagine him in the elevator when Sinclair all-but-admits to being a fake, and then admits that he intends to take a Holon, just knowing that the fake Sinclair is gonna get fried. After all, the REAL Sinclair may have been Gen:LOCK compatible(which is why he was called out in the first place), but the likelihood of the fake being compatible is very low. It's not even a gamble to let the fake Sinclair upload. By far most likely, he's not compatible, and attempting to upload will simply fry him. And if he IS somehow one of the very few people that IS compatible, it's still not that much of a gamble, as he'd be a new Holon pilot, someone who's NEVER used a Holon before, jumping into an unarmored Holon shell, and immediately going into direct combat against a fully armored Holon whose pilot has been doing this for four years now.
