And the simultaneous attacks on all 150 bases throughout the British Empire. (Again they've had about 55 years to prepare for this attack). Also of note, most of the targets they selected are culturally significant to the British. Quite a few are what we think of when we think of England. And not a small amount of them are monuments to the greatest Military achievements of the British Empire. Trafalgar Square (dedicated to Horatio Nelson, British Naval hero of the Napoleonic war) and the British War Museum.
