just saying it's confirmed that combustion man did accidentally kill himself at the end there, his explosion backfired on him, that's also how he lost his arm and leg as a kid when he was just learning about his unique ability, also a little note from the wiki about his tattoo. "Combustion Man's tattoo of a third eye is an exact replica of the third eye of the Hindu God Shiva, who is associated with the cycle of destruction, transformation, and rebirth. Zuko didnt blast him. You missed it last time when a rock hit his head. But if enough damage is done to the head/brain of the explosion bender his power goes out of wack. Last time it was a pebble this time it was a sharp metal boomerang. He blew himself up again but this time way more force thus his arm came off and he fell.

Once again, no xD He blasted himself after getting his eye hit. Fire benders can't make explosions, only combustion man. Lightning can make close to explosions maybe but then you'd see the lightning.
