He keeps calling people "Kaba" which means Hippo (his mouth is kinda like a hippo's mouth, and his pet was also a long legged hippo) It's kind of like a wordplay since Kaba rhymes with Baka (idiot) so everytime he calls someone a hippo it translates into him calling them an idiot instead.
