Obviously it's your decision but I would really recommend seeing a doctor. My dad was in a similar situation recently where he mentioned feeling faint at random times but he said this was normal as he had diabetes all his life and assumed it was blood sugar problems. He refused to see a doctor despite everyone telling him to. He said he felt fine and he was until last month he passed out while driving and eventually passed away. The doctors mentioned that it was some other problem with his brain and not just his blood sugar. I just think it's better to be safe with these things. But like I said it's your decision; just speaking from personal experience

Nurse here, this does sound like temporal lobe epilepsy and can be caused by traumatic brain injuries. Good thing is they dont usually evolve into violent seizures, (grand mal), but they rarely can. Most are usually episodes of weird sensations, nausea, maybe slight muscle contractions with confusion afterwards (petit mal). You should get checked out though, keep a log on anything that potentially triggers it, or even have your wife record you during an episode so you can show the doc.

That being said, I don't want to sound like I'm lecturing you or anything, I'm a man myself, and I hate being talked to like this, but I do it because I care. Go to the doctor about this issue. Might be neurological, might be related to blood pressure, might be lack of sleep, who knows? But, you have a family, you have a huge community on patreon, which I'm certain helps put bread on the table, that's for sure. And on top of it, you have the train. Who will the train annoy then? In all seriousness though, growing up through your 20's without a father figure around can be very detrimental to spazkid growing into a fine man. I'm sure he will either way, but you gotta get this checked out man. I'm not super religious and I know many people think prayer doesn't do much, but I subconsciously said a word for you when you said you have this problem. Take care, be safe. You know what's best for you.

I hope it’s just a hassle but see your doc. They might refer you to a couple of specialist and your money and time will be down the drain, but you might get some help/info you need to keep this in check

Hmm. Sounds concerning given the mild effect on what you say is memory or perception; this "Déjà vu" feeling. Given how intricate and sensitive the brain is there no telling if any doctor could ever tell you exactly what's wrong if it is just a strange quirk you have... although the biggest red flag to see a doctor is if there is a progression in severity of symptoms over time, which you say this one was the worst. Even if it's years from now, what if the next one is dangerous?
