IDK if youre interested at this point curtis, and I dont know what source of one piece youre using, but I have a few things (no spoilers) to tell ya, 1. theres a lot of mistranslations 2. Kaizoku fan subs are INCREDIBLE, they actually have all the puns and attacks (sanjis "collier shoot" is a french cut of meat around the neck, hence his kick to the neck of the dinosaur), 3. they have their fansub service until around episode 300. It's a big difference and I recommend trying an episode, They are on watchcartoononline. io for free, same quality. I think the patreons would prefer it as well.

Well you see Curtis, Coby is a marine now, and Luffy is a pirate, so offcourse if they met again they would have to fight. But you will learn that marines can respect pirates, but they still have to fight them , you could see an incling of it with Smoker, abut how luffy acted right before he was supposed to die :)

The first time I watched this I liked how they paired the Dinos with the crew members, Zoro with 3 horns, Sanji with with legs and Luffy with stretched out neck (and yes those are the technical terms for them).

The island that No. 3 was on is a different island. Little Garden only has dinosaurs and two of the greatest characters you'll have ever seen up to this point in the series. Also can't wait to see what Curtis thinks of No. 2.

Nah, Mr 3 was at a different island. As for the spending of time on Coby and Helmeppo, dont take it to mean to much. In the manga, adventures of non strawhats are not part of the main story but covered as something called cover chapters, they have background stories in their new chapter pictures. So Buggys journey and Cobys was one of them. They can be important but generally they can also just be very goofy. They show what happens to characters that we've left behind, like Coby or Buggy and a lot more to come But I dont think the anime covers them anymore as much🤔
