Going back to see how great Oda was from the very beginning with not only his storytelling but the morals he is trying to tell. This arc taught how lying can be used for kindness through ussop and used"butt pirate"to show how you can be a butt pirate.

I'd say it's just a slightly different style of arc to the later ones which are more exciting but less light-hearted and funny imo
