He’s the tip of the iceberg as to what to come. There’s villains here to who’ll you despise on Kabuto & Shou Tucker levels. And some of those villains will be coming very soon. Including the next 2 arcs, which are some of my favorites in this show. So in short try not to pop a blood vessel.

The fame he got from that bounty was one of his steps toward being a Navy captain
