UNCLE IROH CLEARLY TAKES THE WIN! - Avatar #15

There was a lot of really badass fighting in this episode, but when all was said and done, the clear winner was Uncle Iroh! :-D

UNCLE IROH CLEARLY TAKES THE WIN! - Avatar #15

Comments

Sorry for taking so long to get back to you Curtis. In between this episode and Episode 16 Rougly two short Avatar comics take place. They are Water War https://www.mediafire.com/file/yaeaggk1w41brbq/17%29_Water_War.pdf/file and Don't Blow It https://www.mediafire.com/file/p15m75k14p95ibm/18%29_Don%27t_Blow_It%21.pdf/file While not nessecary I figured you might enjoy them. Even now.

I answered you in the other thread you posted this question... The 3 main series go 6 days per week, Monday through Saturday.

Good call; that was definitely the look!

Is Avatar cancelled tonight? :(

1yoyoyo2

That’d be a Bugs Bunny moment

I know it was just a joke that Katara made, but I kinda want to see Aang kiss Zuko 🤣

V_VMat

As you might have noticed by now, Iroh doesnt really help Zuko much. Capturing the avatar is what Zuko tries to do. Which can make you question abit more to which degree Iroh is actually a villain or antagonist.

Schmul Sjifris

Yeah, but if iroh did it, it wouldn't really be zuko who regained his honor. But it is a fact that iroh would beat the shit out of team avatar.

First Kato, second it was born in the pirate episode, that was when the first threads showed up. It just gained steam here.

This episode, as well as some future ones, remind of that one famous quote "Looks like we got ourselves here a Mexican Standoff, only we ain't got no Mexicans"

The Gimpster 101

In the scene where the hot chick was arm wrestling, I’m pretty sure they were making references to to Mortal Kombat and Street Fighter with the designs of some of the characters.

Akettaja The Finnish Moron

I mean, Zuko's been getting better. It's just that Aang's getting better faster.

GoldArthur

Uncle Iroh is the uncle we all want but none of us deserve.

Miasimon

I love the look Zuko gives Iroh when he said he’s very impressed with June.

Gabriel Phipps

Did Iroh take a page from Curtis in that last scene or vice versa?

:-D

Spaz Boys Comedy

I agree on all counts! :-D

Spaz Boys Comedy

The part I never really noticed until later in the series is that if Iroh really wanted to capture the crew theres F all the main crew could do at this point to escape

The rise of Zutara!!!

Gene Bookwalter

Zuko IS always frustrated. What do you mean? =P

Redemption

To be honest...the only thing I like about Avatar is Iroh. He is my role model for when I get old.

I really liked this episode because it shows how much Sokka and Katara care about Anng. He has lost everything; his home, his nation, his culture, his bending art, the boy even lost his own time period. All he has is his Bison, Momo and his friends. Without them he is truly alone.

What I love about Avatar: The Last Airbender is that even though the story telling is fairly simple compared to other animes, they're still able to add depth and complexity to these characters, also Uncle Iroh is the old man we all hope to be some day lol

:D was just refreshing looking for this. Woot!
