I think the difference is Fish from every sea live in the all blue, whereas the area near loguetown just had fish show up by accident.

And on that note: We are 831 away from catching up, damn I can't believe it's been 50 days since I started this, how time flies. anyway thursday the second of may is the day I finish and the day my summer vacation starts. even though I have to go to work in a hospital for a while but I honestly don't mind cause I get to work with my dad for the first time in my life and I can't wait soooooo wish me luck.
