Jin is one of my favorite side characters and that line "the hell was that you don't make bomb go bomb in your face: is what I all think when I think of him. Really funny :)

Yeah worst part is that Jin's backstory is really tragic, shame he has to lose. Consumption took his mother, and his father got the pox. His brother drank the whiskey, till he wound up in a box. His other brother in the troubles, met with his demise. His sister has forever closed her smiling Irish eyes. (This is a joke of course). Also yeah Koto is just straight savage, and Botan's way too much of a nice girl to have a retort.

The animation picks up and it gets gradually better(it shows in the next episode). One of my favorite things about YYH is that noticeable jump in quality as the show progresses.
