He's drowning and getting his ass kicked at the same time, yet he shows no hesitation all he wants to do is save his friend. How brave he is. Yes he went for oxygen but he can't save Luffy if he's dead. And Usopp too for overcoming his fear! Nami too finally standing up to the bully Arlong

2019-04-17 18:54:17 +0000 UTCto be honest I don't like usopp, he's one of the only main characters who gets on my nerves lol, his shtick got old for me fast especially with some stuff that happens around the 300 episode mark, but that may partly be the dub voice influencing my opinion, his dub voice is pretty grating.

And it's true he doesn't have as many awesome moments as the rest of the cast, but moments like this are why I like Usopp. Of course, it's easy for me to say that. I grew up watching the show from when it first aired here, and began reading the manga shortly after it was translated. I can't hate a character I grew up with.
