I haven't seen the next episode yet. But if I had to guess? He's going to make bentos (Japanese boxed lunches) built around the fried chicken. Bento are a traditional lunch for students (as well as Office workers), and you have two universities, not to mention numerous schools. You're right smack dab in the perfect spot to sell them. And on top of all that the kids will buy them before they get to the station. Which means you can compete with the big chain. You won't get all the customers but you'll draw enough of them away. I'd say half at most, that half being the ones who buy their lunch as soon as possible. The other half will be those who wait till the last minute and buy fried chicken.

The budding rivalry between the Meat Master and Soma's middle school friend is very cute and interesting... Basically, the character interactions are very interesting to me. :-)
