buu is to busted to be in a tournament setting.. Due to him being able to heal everyone, damage does next to nothing since he just regenerates. He could even absorb the other participants if he wanted too, absorbing is not killing so no rules are broken.

Maybe because his Japanese voice actor is an old lady? ...perhaps

Ugh...Ribrianne.....unlike the U6 Female saiyans who are more split whether people either love them or hate them with a large chunk of neutral parties, this is likely the most universally hated character in Super. I can't even defend her.
