Yes, she resembles of gyaru, but I don't think she is one. Judging from the flashback that's her natural hair and skin color.

Also is it just me or does Nikumi remind anyone else of the man-eating gyaru (gal) archetype you see in a lot of Hentai? (For those not in the know gyarus or gals usually have blonde hair are tanned and tend to dress trashy).
