don't know if you know this, but that guy who krillin freaked out from is from the original Dragon Ball series. and he's called Tambourine, and he's the first one to have killed krillin when he was just a little kid, so he's having some Major PTSD

I like that 18 doesn't pull punches with Krillin, because she doesn't say it to be mean, she says it out of love, she knows that Krillin is braver than that. My headcanon for why their marriage works is that she doesn't value her own fighting ability, she's a human who was modified against her will, that strength wasn't something she earned. Where as Krillin is a human who trained to ridiculous heights in power, and even though he is far outclassed by Saiyans and Aliens and even his own wife, he has always stuck by everyone's side in these impossible situations and done his best to be brave. Goku rarely had to be brave, he was a saiyan, power is handed to him on a platter, he's basically a walking god with a pain fetish. Krillin always had to be brave in these impossible situations as a "regular" human being. I feel like something about that fact has some importance to her.

I liked what this episode was going for but man the powerscale is hella wonkey like why does goku need to turn supersayain to fight ssj gohan because this goku should be as strong as the beerus we saw in the beginning the heavily surpressed one that one shot gohan
