Naruto puts alot of information into their flashbacks and sometimes initiates flashback within flashback that lasts 20 episodes during a massive fights with filler in between its hard to tell where you are sometimes with all thats going on at once and with there being like 200 episodes of filler of 500 thats like 45 percent that means every five or six episodes theres five or six episodes thats unrelated you gotta watch them before you get to the next relevant five or six (not that thats how its done there big clusters or episodes of like 20 and 30 separated by small filler aswell) but having something so disconnecting can be uncomfortable to watch...but the Ultimate thing that makes Filler Good Curtis is that you have to like the Anime and you love Dbz so much that it doesnt even register as filler neither for me and Ill never skip that time Goku learnt how to drive

Cocoa didn't sucker Gohan in. Though kissing a married man is a bit much, it was out of genuine feelings rather than to catch Gohan cheating on camera. Earlier, she specifically closed the curtains in her apartment when the cameraman was watching and had Gohan leave from the roof because she expected the paparazzi to be staking out the lobby. She wasn't aware that Barry himself was watching the roof just in case.

Dragon Ball filler isn't remotely as long or frequent as Naruto, and features more slice of life episodes than trying to insert long filler story arcs that won't matter in the end. At least with these, you can generally believe they happened in between major storylines.
